The OneBite Evolution Digital Mounting Adapter empowers technicians to replicate the digital orientation seamlessly into the articulator. Eliminating the need for plaster or manual manipulation of arch position. Our innovative articulator plates facilitate compatability between the Digital Mounting Adapter and the preferred articulator. This method enables technicians to accurately transfer the digital maxillary arch position and/or digital articulation to the analog workflow.

Non OneBite Evolution User Info

If you do not use the OneBite Evolution system but would like to eliminate the use of plaster and save time, the Digital Mounting Adapter enables this workflow as well. To use the adapter with cases that are not digitally mounted with the OneBite Evolution, submit your files to the digital articulation portal and you will recieve the ready to print files in the positioning you would like to transfer your digital articulation.

The OneBite Evolution articulator plates allow technicians to use the OneBite Evolution Digital Mounting adapter to 3D print and mount cases in the articulator without the use of plaster. The plates will be the connection of the Digital Mounting Adapter to precisely transfer the maxillary arch position by the OneBite Evolution record information provided by the clinician.

 

The plates allow technicians to use the Digital Mounting Adapter on multiple brands of articulators.
