- Loosen the fastener until you are able to position the horizontal bar at 90 degree angle from the vertical bar. Snap into place using the nibs and lightly tighten the fastener.
- Slide arch into the rods with the tallest part of the vertical bar going up and the horizontal bar parallel to the arch.
- If the rods are to close to the patient's nose, place the nose extender between the arch and the rods to create more space. Remember to keep the nose extender in your office.
- Place bite registration material on the lower arch of the patient's mouth and on the OneBite arch. Let the patient bite down onto the arch then let the material fully set.
- You are now in an ideal 90 degree angle locking position for symmetrical faces, adjust the horizontal and vertical bar according to the facial features.
- For asymmetrical facial features, the rods can be set to move independently from each other. Take the fastener off the flip the horizontal rod with the nibs facing the fastener. Place the fastener back and tighten.
- Once the records are finalized, twist the fastener until extremely tight.
- To permanently preserve the records, place bite registration material all the way back of the holes and around the fastener.
- When shipping the OneBite, make sure to detach the arch from the rods after your record has been secure.

- For patients with symmetrical faces Makes sure that the 90 degree angle is locked in place with the nibs snapped into the horizontal bar.
- Place bite registration material on the lower arch of the patient's mouth and on the OneBite arch. Let the patient bite down onto the arch then let the material fully set.
Asymmetrical Faces
- For patients with asymmetrical faces, unsnap the vertical bar from the horizontal bar, flip it over and refasten the screw.
- Now both bars work independent from each other giving the dentist flexibility to change the angles while still having the ability at the same time, to change the right and left torque and the right and left movement. Three Common Mistakes
- To finalize the midline and horizontal line angles with the OneBite System, make sure to tighten the front knob.
- To lock the record apply bite material to the sides of the knob and inside the middle of the knob.
- When you send the case to your laboratory, make sure to separate the midline bars from the arch so the record doesn't get damaged during shipping.

Mounting the OneBite
- Make sure the OneBite has arrived in two separate pieces. Before mounting, make sure the record is secured with bite material on the sides of the knob and in the middle of the knob.
- Assembling the OneBite for articulation. Slide the arch onto the midline and horizontal line bars and make sure it is secure.
- (semi-adjustable articulators only). On the horizontal bar there are two vertical separators on the top and bottom. Cut the excess on both ends so it fits properly in the articulator.
- If the doctor sends a facebow, mount your upper arch as usual. The OneBite will become the verification of that record.
- If the doctor doesn't send a facebow, mount the OneBite with a semi-adjustable articulator. Place the OneBite on any flat mounting table and place the upper arch for final mounting.
- Lastly, articulate the lower 2 arches with the final bite that the doctor has approved.
Common Mounting Mistakes
- If bars are not secured with bite material, always question the accuracy and place bite material to secure it.
- The bars always have to line up with the articulator. Even though the arch might be canted.
