Step 1: Identify The Position Of Condyle 

Step 2: Instruct The Patient 

Step 3: Pull Back Patient's Hair

Step 4: Craniofacial Orientation Of Patient 

Step 5: Identify Facial Midline 

Step 6: Apply Bite Registration 

Step 7: Attach Cube To The OneBite Arch

Step 8: Connect Midline Bar, Horizontal Bar, And Baseline

Step 9: Tighten Ring

Step 10: Align Midline Bar 

Step 11: Align Baseline Parallel With Landmarks 

Step 11A: Confirm Spacing 

Step 12: Secure The Cube 

Step 13: Unscrew, To Align With Markers

Step 14: Record Baseline (Z) value

Step 15: Record Base Baseline and Midline Values

Step 16: Capture Pictures Of Patient's Head

Step 17: Send Photography To Laboratory 

Step 18: Unscrew To Detach The Pieces 

Step 19: Remove OneBite Occlusal Plate

Step 20: For Black Cube, Follow Analog Protocol 

Step 21: For White Cube, Follow Digital Protocol

Information about Digital Center

If your lab is using 3Shape they will be able to digitally articulate the case with our integrated digital OneBite Evolution system.


If your lab is using Exocad or our Digital Mounting Adapter for articulation, you will need to send the files and photography to the digital center for processing.

If this is the case, please send the patients upper, lower, bite, and OneBite Digital Cube scans and photography of the patient with the correctly position OneBite Evolution from the front and side.



DIGITAL CLINICIAN SYSTEM PROTOCOL



Step 1: Ensure Digital Intraoral Scanner Settings 
Step 2: Capture Digital Scans
Step 3: Use Digital Cube Holder
Step 4: Scan The Faces Of The Cube 
Step 5: Send The Four Scan To The Laboratory Or The Digital Center For Case Processing 

If your lab is using 3Shape they will be able to digitally articulate the case with our integrated digital OneBite Evolution system.


If your lab is using Exocad or our Digital Mounting Adapter for articulation, you will need to send the files and photography to the digital center for processing.

If this is the case, please send the patients upper, lower, bite, and OneBite Digital Cube scans and photography of the patient with the correctly position OneBite Evolution from the front and side.



TECHNICIAN SYSTEM INSTRUCTIONS


Step 1: The Lab Will Receive Information
Step 2: Connect Occlusal Plate To Arch

Step 3: Choose Articulator 

Step 4: Remove Upper Member of Articulator 

Step 5: Place Core Onto Articulator Plate

Step 6: Attach Pieces To Articulator

Step 7: Secure Slider With Pin

Step 8: Attach Pieces To The Cube

Step 9: Slide Midline Bar Into The Slider

Scenario 1: Core Is Too Tall

Scenario 2: Midline Bar Interference

Step 10: Adjust Baseline To Midline Value

Step 11: Move Baseline To Condyle

Step 12: Align Correct Baseline (Z) Value To Condyle

Step 13: Confirm The Numbers Are In The Right Position 

Step 14: Apply Bite Material 

Step 15: Remove Screw And Slide All Components Out 

Step 16: If The Components Are Not Sliding Out With Ease

Step 17: Position Upper Model 

Step 18: Use Stylus And Make Markers

Step 19: Use Model Grinder

Step 20: Place Grinded Model Back

Step 21: Fill The Space With Plaster

Digital Adapter Portal Information 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If you intend to produce 3D-printed models for use on our Digital Mounting Adapter, upload the file to the portal on the website, and we will return a 3D print file for articulation.


If you're using 3Shape you will be able to digitally articulate the case with our integrated digital OneBite Evolution system.

If 3D printed models are needed, you will have to mount the 3D printed models via the OneBite Evolution Technician kit how you would with stone models.


If you are using Exocad or our Digital Mounting Adapter for articulation, you will need to send the files and photography to the digital center for processing.

If this is the case, please send the patients upper, lower, bite, and OneBite Digital Cube scans and photography of the patient with the correctly position OneBite Evolution from the front and side.



3 SHAPE/DIGITAL PROTOCOL




Step 1: Open 3Shape 

Step 2: Create New Case

Step 3: Enter In Order Details Of Patient 

Step 4: Select Additional Scan

Step 5: Select Cube Of Scan

Step 6: Click To Create Order

Step 7: Right Click And Select Import Scan

Step 8: Select Upper Scan Of Patient 

Step 9: Select Lower Scan Of Patient 

Step 10: Right Click And Press Next

Step 11: Select Additional Scans

Step 12: Select 3 Matching Points

Step 13: Press Align

Step 14: Adjust Occlusal Plane

Step 15: Click On Virtual Articulation

Step 16: Select Preferred Digital Articulator 

Step 17: Select Defaul Placement 

Step 18: Select Use Articulator Tools 

Step 19: Select 3 Points On Cubes

Step 20: Enter Y Value 

Step 21: Enter Z Value 

Step 22: Articulated Is In Correct Position
